ChatenAI provides AI-generated responses for informational purposes only. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it — especially for academic, medical, legal, or financial decisions. ChatenAI is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (your prompts, uploaded files). AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal use. You may not use ChatenAI's branding, code, or design without express written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service with or without notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be removed according to our data retention policy.

ChatenAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
